IMMUNISATION
MDGP supports General Practice in maintaining good immunisation rates in children under 7 years of age within general practice and across the division.
The overall outcome is to achieve immunisation rates greater than ninety percent, which effectively reduces the incidence of vaccine-preventable disease in our community.
Immunisation services provided by our community include support, resources, cold-chain management information, data cleaning and data logging.
Resources developed and available include:
- Recall letters incorporating child development.
- Contraindications to vaccines flyer format.
- Common reactions to vaccines flyer format.
